  • We do not upload or sell Your voice recordings.

4. Notifications

If You enable reminders, the App may send local notifications.

  • Notification settings and scheduling preferences are stored on Your Device.
  • Notification content is generated by the App based on Your settings.

Health Data

Becoming is a mental wellness app focused on affirmation and reflection practices. We want to be transparent about our relationship to health-related data.

What Health Data We Do Not Collect

The App does not access, collect, store, or transmit any Health Data, including:

  • Physical health metrics (heart rate, steps, sleep, activity, weight, or other biometric data)
  • Mental health diagnoses or clinical records
  • Data from Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, or any other health platform or API
  • Medical history or prescription information

Reflection and Journal Content

The App invites You to write personal reflections in response to affirmation prompts. This content is considered sensitive personal information and is handled as follows:

  • All reflection and journal entries are stored exclusively on Your Device.
  • We do not upload, transmit, or have access to Your reflection content.
  • This content is never used for advertising, analytics profiling, or shared with third parties.

Purpose and Limitations

Becoming is a personal development tool and is not a medical or therapeutic service. The App is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental or physical health condition. If You are experiencing mental health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Local Data Storage

All content created within the App (such as user-entered affirmations, reflections, settings, and optional recordings) is stored exclusively on Your Device.

  • We do not store user-generated content on Our servers.
  • We do not access or transmit Your personal in-app content.

If You delete the App, locally stored data may also be deleted depending on Your device settings.

Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party analytics providers to help Us understand usage patterns and improve performance. These providers may collect information in accordance with their own privacy policies.

At this time:

  • We do not integrate advertising networks.

However, in the future, We may integrate advertising networks or additional third-party services. If We do, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We encourage You to review their privacy policies independently.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade Your information. Analytics data may be processed by third-party analytics providers solely for performance monitoring and service improvement.

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or the applicable minimum age in Your jurisdiction). If You believe a child has provided personal information, please contact Us so appropriate action can be taken.
